Terms and Conditions

1. Purpose

These terms and conditions apply to all services provided by MyndfulLeaderrPro, Spitalgasse 22, 3011 Bern, Switzerland. By enrolling in any course, you accept these terms in full.

2. Booking and Registration

Registrations are accepted via our website, phone, or email. A non-refundable deposit may be required to confirm your participation.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

3.1 Cancellation by the Participant

• Cancellation more than 7 days before the course start: full refund minus CHF 80 admin fee.
• Cancellation between 7 and 3 days before start: 50% refund of the course fee.
• Cancellation less than 3 days before or no-show: no refund possible.

3.2 Cancellation by MyndfulLeaderrPro

In case we are unable to deliver the course (e.g., force majeure, instructor illness), MyndfulLeaderrPro will offer a new date or a full refund.

3.3 Refund Procedures

Refunds are processed via the original payment method within 10 business days after approval.

4. Responsibilities

MyndfulLeaderrPro is not responsible for any personal or business losses incurred by participants. All courses are delivered in accordance with Swiss professional standards.

5. Personal Data

Your data is processed in accordance with Swiss data protection laws and our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on MyndfulLeaderrPro.com (text, branding, course materials) is protected by Swiss and EU intellectual property laws.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These conditions are governed by Swiss law. Any disputes will be settled in Bern, Switzerland.
